Kvaerner sparks shipyard row

Bovis Europe's Polish subsidiary Bovis Polska has been awarded first prize in the Polish Government's annual construction project awards for its role in the building of the Pilkington Sandoglass float glass factory at Sandomierz. Bovis Polska was the construction manager for the œ94 million project which was completed in 14 months, 10 weeks ahead of schedule. The award was jointly presented by Poland's Ministry of Construction and Land Development and the Polish Association of Civil Engineers.
