Lord Tebbit to host first ever awards

Former Tory party chairman Norman Tebbit is to be master of
ceremonies for the first Contract Journal Construction Industry
Awards. Lord Tebbit will host a star-studded gala evening in the
Great Room of the Grosvenor Hotel on October 3rd.
The companies shortlisted for the nine award categories have also been announced this week (see page 16). Entries were judged by a panel led by Sir Michael Latham and including Sir John Egan of BAA.
