BQP takes third Nordberg crusher

Ayrshire-based Barr Quarry Products (BQP) has taken delivery of its
third 100 tonne/hour tracked Nordberg Lokotrack mobile crusher
which has a G811 cone crusher for tertiary applications.
The three machines enable BQP to operate two quarries with the same plant.
In 1995 BQP became the first UK company to fully utilise the versatility of Lokotrack mobile crushers, by operating two units in tandem in a construction role.
Quarry manager Andy Gillan says everything is set up to be mobile: "The office and stores are transportable cabins. From shutdown on one site we can put everything on low loaders and set up for operation in two days".
