Proctor Group revs up

The A Proctor Group has teamed up with international giants Sony
and Mobil to sponsor the Abbott/SAAB racing team.
Proctor is a Scottish-based distributor of specialist construction materials.
The A Proctor Group's car will race at 15 UK venues this season.
Driver, Lionel Abbott, will be putting the œ150,000 car through its paces in the National Saloon Championship which takes in top circuits at Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Donington Park and Snetterton.
The Group's managing director and SAAB enthusiast Allan Proctor, along with UK Roofing sales manager Chris Beeton, agreed the sponsorship package with Abbott Racing. The deal opens the door to a season of corporate hospitality and television coverage.
