Crystal Palace leisure complex outline ready

London & Regional Properties is expected to submit an outline
planning application at the end of July for its œ55 million
scheme at Crystal Palace Park in the London Borough of
Bromley.
The 23,235m2 leisure scheme will include an 18-screen UCI cinema, family entertainment centre, night club, bowling alley, health and fitness suite, small exhibition space and restaurants.
The original scheme was designed by architect Chapman Taylor, but ran into some reservations from English Heritage.
Ian Ritchie Architects was brought in to work alongside Chapman Taylor to revise the scheme last year.
