œ25m Tyneside campus tenders

The University of Northumbria at Newcastle is to invite tenders later this year for a œ20-25 million project at its Coach Lane Campus at Long Benton in Newcastle.

The new buildings will house academic and sporting facilities, IT learning resources, and new amenities for staff and students.

The work is expected to be done in two phases starting in March 1998.
