Speedy acquisition

Speedy Hire Centres, part of Allen Group, has acquired Hiretech Hire from Hire Technicians Group for the sum of £196,000. Hiretech operated from three depots in Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Luton but although Speedy has bought the hire fleets and stock, it has not bought any of the premises. Hire Tech will carry on its other activities in manufacturing and distribution and dispose of the former hire centre premises separately.
