Linden sees profits soar

Linden, the housebuilder specialising in the development of brown- field sites, has reported a jump in pre-tax profits to £3.9 million (£1.4 million) in the six months to 30 June. Turnover climbed to £33 million (£20 million).

Current schemes include the £60 million transformation of Caterham Barracks into an urban village and a similar £15 million project on a former waterworks.
