Ennstone to sell division

Ennstone, which wants to be a pure aggregates producer, is selling its Natural Stone Products business to Drings of Bath. The price is still under negotiation.

Ennstone owns Thistle Aggregates, based in Scotland; Ideal Aggregates in the Midlands; and Atlantic States Materials, a US business with bases in Virginia and Pennsylvania.
