of Roads in Romania to undertake a study aimed at reducing road
traffic accidents.
The six-months' contract is part of the $8.5 million World Bank

traffic environment of the national road network. Hyder will study
a list of accident black spots throughout the country, select those
which require most urgent attention and advise on the measures to
be taken to achieve best results.
Hyder will provide the technical design and procurement documents
for proposed works together with transfer of related skills to
staff in the National Administration of Roads and Ministry of
