Ernest Ireland Construction has been selected by Bournemouth
Borough Council for a £50 million project to redevelop
Boscombe Spa's seafront.
It is working in partnership with Dawnay Day Structured Finance on the scheme. A deal is expected to be signed next month.
The scheme will comprise the construction of 150 high quality houses in terraces overlooking the foreshore. The second element of the scheme is a 16,100m2 commercial development, which will include a multi-screen cinema, health and fitness suites, pubs, restaurants and family entertainment centres, plus multi-storey car park.
