Haden wins £45m FM job Haden Building Management, the building maintenance and support services arm of Balfour Beatty, has been awarded two contracts worth a total of £45 million by the Benefits Agency to provide office services across the whole of Southern England.

The three-year contract, with a further two-year option, involves the provision of support services to 195 buildings.

Some 1,500 staff will transfer to Haden under the TUPE regulations.

Haden already provides office support to the Benefits Agency in the West Country.
