Merlo Roto for hire

A Merlo Roto 40.18 EVS, the largest slewing telescopic handler in the UK, is being hired out by Gamble Jarvis Plant, at a crucial stage of a steel erection contract in the City of London.

Contractors were demolishing and refurbishing part of an office block in the City whilst the rest of the building was still occupied. Due to access problems sub-contractors were faced with the need to place steel beams from some distance, but with no headroom. Armed with a forward reach of 15m and an ability to lift up to 18m the Merlo Roto 40.18EVS met this need.
