High cost for remote enquiries

With regard to your comment regarding ConstructionLine, we wrote some months ago complaining of the high cost of registration which stands at £395 plus VAT.
It seemed to me that the chances of getting any enquiries from their 250 clients was very remote. Therefore, I asked for a reduction in the bill referring to the Link Up cost of £200 - but to no avail.
