Bechtel to meet unions

Construction union leaders were due to meet a high-level Bechtel management team later this week to discuss industrial relations on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.

"I think Bechtel is making overtures to try and get it right from the start and avoid some of the problems we have been seeing on the Jubilee Line Extension," commented a union source.
