TE Scudder and John Carey Junior

Contrary to a report in the 22 September edition of Contract Journal, a hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court found TE Scudder and its director John Carey Junior not guilty of breaching health and safety regulations in connection with an accident on 8 May 1997.
