Sheffield schools

Tilbury Douglas has reached financial close on a Private Finance Initiative grouped schools project in Sheffield in which it has a 50% equity stake. The project for Sheffield City Council, with a total life value of £240m, consists of building six new schools, maintaining them and providing support services for the next 25 years.
