US acquisition for Bovis Lend Lease

Bovis Lend Lease has acquired the outstanding shares of Project Consultants Incorporated of Santa Clara, California for approximately $10m (£6.6m).

PCI employs 80 staff and provides design, project and construction management, and other services to the microelectronics industry. The merged businesses will focus on the microelectronics sector, in particular the design and construction of semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Around 18 months ago, Lend Lease acquired the Crystal Group of Holland, which specialises in the semiconductor and optoelectronics sectors.
