Deslandes lands legal post
Ian Deslandes, former chief executive of the Construction
Confederation, has been appointed a consultant to the international
law firm Masons.
Deslandes, 60, retired from the confederation last December. He was
previously director general of the Building Employers Confederation
and director of the House Builders Federation. His new role is
described as assisting Masons industry-focused training across its
network of UK offices and advising on developments in the
construction industry.
