Sage lands £2.2m deal

Wembley firm Fredereck Sage Contracting has won a £2.2m design and build contract to strip-out and refurbish Charles House in Kensington High Street in London for National Savings.

Project Managers on the project is Turner and Townsend. The contract is for 15 weeks beginning this month and finishing in August.
