Clutch of contracts boosts Holmes Building portfolio


Holmes Building has landed a clutch of new contracts.

In the south, Holmes is in a position to undertake a £4m fit out contract for Alpha Flight to its recently completed shell project at Airport Gateat London's Heathrow Airport.

The firm is also building a £1.9m warehouse and offices in Crayford, Kent, and a £4.2m industrial development in Barking, Essex.

In the Midlands, the firm has been awarded a £5m conversion project. An existing hospital will be converted into offices with four new retail units.
