Ex-company director is disqualified

Harry Paul Beardall has been disqualified from acting as a company director for five years by Preston County Court in respect of his conduct as a director of Trafalgar Construction 2000.

Manchester-based Trafalgar supplied subcontracted labour and went into liquidation with an estimated deficiency of £100,373.

Beardall was found unfit because he caused or allowed Trafalgar to trade when he knew or ought to have known it was insolvent.
