Morrison keeps mains contract
Morrison Utility Services has fended off challenges from eight
other contenders to keep its position as mains replacement and
maintenance contractor for Essex & Suffolk Water.
The four-year deal is worth £8m and the new contract kicks in
at the beginning of next month.
Morrison has been the incumbent contractor on the job for more than
10 years.
The other contenders for the contract were Kennedy Utilities
Management, John Kennedy, Fastflow, Pipeline Contractors, Holleran,
Subterra, Tomlinson and Kenton.
