Try wins £10m mansion restoration

Try Construction has secured a £10m contract to restore, refurbish and fit out the Grade II listed Grove Mansion on the Grove Estate near Watford, Hertfordshire.  The mansion will be re-developed as a luxury five-star hotel.

Try secured this latest 85-week contract on the strength of its previous building and infrastructure works on the site and its expertise in working on historic projects.

Under the new contract, Try will restore and refurbish the existing building to create the focal point for the luxury hotel with individually designed bedrooms, lounges, bars and private dining areas.
