Imer imports machine for self-levelling screed

Imer Direct has started importing the Transmat 27.54 mixing and conveying machine for self-levelling screed and the Lissmac range of mini conveyor belts.

Manufactured by Turbosol, the diesel-powered Transmat 27.54 has a 270-litre pressure vessel to hold the material and can deliver it vertically up to 70m or 120m horizontally. Allowable aggregate inclusion ranges from a maximum of 12mm with a 50mm bore discharge pipe to 30mm when a 90mm diameter pipe is used.

Sound reduction measures keep noise levels to below 100dB(A) and the 1.5t machine can be supplied with a road towing kit in addition to a standard lifting eye. This latest model joins the T20 (for plasters and mortars), Mini-Vario (plaster spraying and common/special mortars) and T5 (pressure pointing/plaster spraying) machines already in Imer's range.

The Lissmac mini conveyors are 410mm wide and come in 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m lengths with a conveying capacity of up to 26t/hr. They can be specified as either 240V or 110V, are said to link together easily and cope with inclinations up to 40 degrees.

Both the 3m and 4m belts have a travel speed of 13m/min, while the 5m and 6m versions are slightly slower at 12m/min.
