David McLean has clinched a trio of housing deals in north-west
England totalling £30m-plus.
The jewel in the crown is a £12.7m scheme to design and build 565 accommodation units for nurses and students in Liverpool.
The Moorfield Group, the scheme's client, also shortlisted Pochin, Ballast, Norwest Holst and Interserve to pitch for the project.
And for client Cosmopolitan Housing Association, McLean will build 400 accommodation units for University of Lancashire students in Preston and 230 units for John Moores University students in Liverpool.
The deals are worth £11m and £8m respectively.
