Cox looks to the past for future growth
Just three months after its management buyout from Andrews Sykes,
Cox Plant has set its sights on returning to 1998 business levels
in the next three to four years.
"In 1998 there were 35 depots covering most of the UK - our initial
aim is to get back to this level," said managing director Keith
Price.
"We've already invested £5m in the kit that will allow us to
take better advantage of our existing customer base. Once this
takes hold we'll look to replace some very important depots that
were sold off in the past four years - Camberwell, Glasgow and
Sheffield. We will consider opening new depots as well as buying
existing businesses," he added.
