Redevelopment of Conwy Quay Commercial Area
Conwy County Borough Council, together with its partners,
primarily the WDA and the WTB along with Conwy Town Council and
Chamber of Trade are seeking expressions of interest with a view to
the redevelopment of the commercial area of Conwy Quay.
This prime 0.15 Ha site has great potential and is located next to
the working quay and town walls, adjacent to the World
Heritage site that is the town of Conwy.
A briefing seminar will take place on: Friday 15th November
2002.
Closing date for detailed development proposals Friday 31st January
2003.
CCBC aims to appoint the successful contractor by mid-March
2003.
