Crispin & Borst, the Vinci subsidiary, has won three public sector contracts worth nearly £10m in total.
The trio are led by the £4m deal to refurbish seven wards and build a three-storey office block at St Helier Hospital in Surrey for Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust. The refurbishment works for each ward involve subdividing one large Nightingale-style ward into smaller bays and single rooms.
The second contract is also in the health sector, this time with Barts and the London NHS Trust. The £3.5m deal is to refurbish the Grade II listed Kenton & Lucas Block at Barts Hospital.
The final £2m contract is a re-roofing job at HMP Rochester in Kent.
