Contract Period - 01 April 2003 to 31st March 2005

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on the tender list for the following contracts.

HWM0001, Highway Maintenance - Estimated Annual Value, Bituminous Macadam Patching and Minor Works. £400,000 Patching Work. £200,000 Minor Works.
HWM0002, Highway Maintenance - Estimated Annual Value, Hot Rolled Asphalt Patching Works. £100,000 to a specified programme of works.

The contracts which are based on a schedule of rates will initially be for a two year period with the option to extend for a further one or two years subject to satisfactory performance.

Applications must be made in writing to the Purchasing Officer, Highway and Engineering Services Department, Operational Services Division, Dock Road, Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside CH41 1JW.
