SUPPLIERS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Coast & Country Housing is a new Registered Social Landlord based in Redcar
with a housing portfolio of approximately 11,000 homes in the Redcar and
Cleveland area.
We are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers who wish to take part
in a tendering exercise to provide materials to carry out our day-to-day
repairs and maintenance programme. The tendering will be evaluated on a
price versus quality exercise that includes a presentation and how you will
develop this into a long term partnering arrangement with an electronic
ordering and billing system that will be introduced as the partnership
develops.

Additional to the repairs and maintenance service, Coast & Country Housing
is carrying out an investment programme over the next four years that will
bring all homes up to a decent standard, and the successful supplier or
suppliers may be asked to negotiate the supply of materials for these
contracts as part of the partnership aims and objectives.
Suppliers can price for all or parts of the sections listed below, and must
indicate at the time of expressing an interest which items they would like
to tender for.
