Fiat Kobelco to appoint local dealers

Fiat Kobelco wants to appoint more dealers at a local level for its compact equipment line, in addition to three or four main dealers in the UK and Ireland

Contracts should be signed very soon according to Giuseppe Ferrulli, Fiat Kobelco's sales and marketing vice president.

Ferrulli said the company wants a dealer network that can both represent and support the full range of equipment rather than being dominated by heavy equipment or just excavators. "We want to have full representation of all our product lines," he said.

At SED, the company will be highlighting its two latest launches, a range of 10 mini excavators and five short radius models.
