Walter Lilly wins £14m worth of contracts


YJL subsidiary Walter Lilly has won a trio of contracts worth £14m in total.

The trio is led by an £8m job to provide 3,600m2 of research laboratories for the University of Oxford's Weatherall Institute for Molecular Medicine. Work will include refurbishment, alterations and new build. Start on site is programmed for May with completion in June 2004.

The other two projects are for Cadogan Estates, including works to the Duke of York development in Kings Road, Chelsea, and the conversion of the Edwardian church in Sloane Terrace to a rehearsal and recording studio for the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra.
