Pete the Plumber takes on Bob the Builder

The Plumbing and Heating Industry Alliance and the British Plumbing Employers Council have taken a leaf out of the success of Bob the Builder with the launch of Peter the Plumber.

Pete is one of two plumbers featured in a series of books aimed at primary school children to help raise the profile of both industries. Big Book 1 covers the water side of the industry, while Big Book 2, featuring a plumber called Hanif, concentrates on the central heating side of things.
