CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF VOID PROPERTY CLEARANCE
Metropolitan Borough of Wirral invites expressions of interest from
contractors experienced in the delivery of Void Property Clearance.
Contractors wishing to tender should in the first instance write to The
Director of Housing and Environmental Protection, at the address shown
below, to register their interest.
The following information should be included when writing:
* the name of the contractor and principal address
* description of the contractors organisation and its main business
* audited accounts for the past two full years trading
* details of similar work undertaken, including referees who may be contacted
An invitation to tender for a two year contract will be sent to suitable
applicants
Your reply must include all information requested and returned to the
address below NOT LATER THAN 21st February 2003.
