construction of three storey, 5021 square metres, composite brick and steel
framework community building to incorporate doctor's surgery, library,
pharmacy, kitchens and cafeteria, New Deal offices and other community
facilities.

4. Time limits for completion or duration of the contract, for
starting the works: Estimate date for initiating the award procedures
expected to commence in March/April 2003.
Estimated date for start of work: June/July 2003.
15 months from an estimated start date of June/July 2003.
