MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK REFURBISHMENT
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors
wishing to be considered to tender for the extensive structural refurbishment
of two town centre car parks.
The works will include concrete repairs, the installation of sacrificial anodes
and parking deck and anti-carbonation coatings to St. John's and St. Mary's
car parks. Each building has about 650 spaces. Works are programmed to
start in 2003, be phased to allow ongoing parking operations, and be
completed in 2004.
