The Doncaster Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) PPP, worth a potential £52m, is now out to tender.
Potential bidders have until 10 April to register their interest in the scheme, which is being led by Doncaster West Primary Care Trust. The initial tranche of work is estimated to be worth £16.4m, climbing to a total of around £52m in the first five years.
The range of work encompasses intermediate care facilities, health centres, outpatient and diagnostic facilities, GP and dentists accommodation, pharmacies and key worker accommodation for health and social care workers.
The Doncaster LIFT is the 21st scheme to be advertised out of the 24 projects in tranche three. Potential tenderers now face a wealth of choice with 23 LIFT schemes from tranches two and three all competing for bidders at the same time.
