Allenbuild wins £4.6m Leeds contract

Allenbuild has secured a £4.6m contract with Crosby Homes for the new 'Waterloo Apartments' at Brewery Wharf, Leeds.

The project includes the design and construction of 57 one and two-bedroom apartments. The five-storey steel framed building will have a brickwork and cladded exterior.

All the apartments have balconies or terraces providing either city or river views. The completed building will also provide A3 space on the ground floor.

The 52-week project is Allenbuild's third major residential scheme in Leeds and is a key part of the continued regeneration of the City.
