LANDFILL GAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The States of Guernsey, Board of Administration invites expressions of
interest from contractors with experience in the design and installation of
landfill gas systems for the following:
 * Replacement of the temporary gas extraction system at Creve
Coeur closed landfill site with a permanent extraction system.
 * Provision of a landfill gas management system at Mont Cuet
operational landfill site, with flare compliant with TA Luft 1986 or
equivalent, and sufficient capacity for both sites.
 * Possible provision of a landfill gas utilisation scheme.
It is currently envisaged that a single contract will be let, but the

States of Guernsey reserve the right to divide the work between
contractors. The contract(s) to be let will be performance based and the
appointed contractor(s) will be responsible for all design and construction.
For inclusion on the select tender list, contractors are required to
express their interest and supply details of their capabilities, recent
projects, and the addresses of three referees, by 30th April 2003. These
