MK Piling buys UK's first CA40H

Piling equipment and crawler crane specialist AGD Equipment Sales
has delivered the first Clo-Zironi CA40H compact hydraulic
self-erecting piledriver in the UK.
The machine is based on a Fiat-Hitachi FH150LC-3 excavator and features a 10.5m-long leader and a Fambo Hy-Ram 2000 hydraulic hammer.
The unit has been sold to Oldham-based foundation specialist MK Piling and is working on a contract driving 6m-long, 140mm-thick walled tubes in Barrow-in-Furness for house foundations.
Compact dimensions are said to make it ideal for sites with restricted access and as the hammer stays on the leader at all times, the machine can be rigged for work within minutes of arriving on site.
