M&S deals for McLean and Wates
The retail division of David McLean Contractors and Wates Interiors
have won the fit-out deals for Marks & Spencer's Simply Food
convenience store programme.
McLean's deal is worth about £20m a year and should last for
about three years. The firm will fit-out 25 stores a year in the
eastern side of the country and central London. McLean recently
completed an office fit-out for M&S at Salford Quays.
Wates Interiors will look after the roll-out in the western side of
the country. Its deal is similar to McLean's, requiring 25 stores
to be fitted out this year.
