A McAlpine buys AIMS Group
Alfred McAlpine has bought AIMS Group Services, a specialist
advisory, training and technical services firm that focuses on
workplace compliance issues, for £7.2m.
The company said that it had paid £5.9m in cash and 507,300 in
new Alfred McAlpine ordinary shares. Alfred McAlpine has settled
debt funding in AIMS of £5.9m and may pay further
considerations of £800,000.
The newly acquired business will be integrated into Alfred
McAlpine's business services alongside Stiell Facilities, Stiell
Networks and AMPL.
