External repairs and redecoration
to Council Housing
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced
contractors
who wish to be considered for the proposed 2003-04 external repair
and
redecoration programme of low and medium rise council housing
property. The
programme will be let in several individual projects with estimated
values
in excess of £400,000.
Contractors must be suitably experienced in similar types and
value
of work and must provide the following information at the
time
of applying:
* Last three years' audited accounts
* Health & Safety policy
* Full details of their Company
* Details of similar size contracts successfully undertaken and
contact
details for referees
Requests for possible inclusion onto the tender
list for this project are to be received by
Tuesday 24th June 2003 and addressed to:
