Pedestrian signage contract - Bristol City Council


MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION
OF PEDESTRIAN SIGNAGE

Applications are invited from suitable manufacturers wishing to be included
in a tender list for the manufacture and installation of new pedestrian
signage for Blaise Castle Estate
and a residential area within Bristol.The City Council intends to enter
into a partnering agreement with the successful company to procure the
project.
The works will be phased and will be funded through a number of local
government and national funding streams
The selection process will be in three stages.
First stage
The Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified
companies to include:
Company profile,
Financial standing,

Experience of partnering,
Relevant experience in the UK/recent projects,
Second Stage
A shortlist of 6 will be selected from those who have submitted and
expression of interest.The chosen companies will be invited to tender,a
full tender pack and questionnaire will be sent to all shortlisted
companies.
Third Stage
From this it is expected two *nal companies will be asked to prepare
prototypes for testing on site.An honorarium will be paid towards the
manufacture of prototypes.
