TENANT SERVICES
Applications are invited from suitable xperienced Contractors wishing to be
considered for selection to tender for the following contracts:
Kitchen and Bathroom replacement,£500,000/year
External and Pensioners & Disabled
Persons redecorations,£135,000/year
Roofing replacements and repairs,£50,000/year
Asbestos removal,£150,000/year
All of the abov contract values abov ar approximate and exclude VAT and
will be for a five year period with possible xtension of up to five years
subject to satisfactory performance.
With regards to the Asbestos removal,this will be integrated into the other
contracts on a Domestic Sub-contractor basis.

Qualifications -organisations should submit the following information:
Details of company turnover for last 3 years
Registration of Quality Assuranc
Technical Qualifications
Demonstration of track r cord of successful delivery on contracts of a
similar natur
Group/company and proposed team organisation chart
Curriculum Vitae of k y personnel
Evidence of rel vant insurances
Details of Health and Safety policy
The approximate contract values are given as a guide only and may
subsequently vary.
The closing date for receipt of written applications is 30 June 2003.

No undertaking is given that any Contractor will be invited to
tender.Contractor 's suitability to be included will be assessed on
financial,technical and managerial capacity and competence.
Tenders will be valuated on price and quality and the award w i l l be made
to the most economically advantageous tender taking into account previous
xperience quality of proposed team,technical merit and price.
