General building works - Manchester City Council

ENVIRONMENT AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES
Applications are invited for suitably qualified sub-contractors to complete
general building works based on a schedule of rates basis in void
properties (Manchester area).
Contractors should employ 10 or more tradesmen in the appropriate category
of work. Please note this does not include heating or electrical works that
may be required in each premise. The jobs will be allocated within 15 miles
of the city centre.
