Repair and Improvement programmes - Aspire Housing

Aspire Housing Ltd invites expressions of interest from Contractors and
Consultants with an excellent customer satisfaction record who wish to be
considered for inclusion on our Select List for 2003 to 2006 for Major
Repair and Improvement programmes. The approximate value of the works is in
the region of £10m annually.
The works include: Electrical, Plumbing, Central Heating, Gas, Plastering,
Landscaping, Demolition, Cavity Wall, Roofing, Flooring, Painting, Joinery,
Kitchens and Bathrooms, Civil Engineering, General Buildings. All works are
to be carried out in occupied residential properties.
Subject to achieving pre-selection criteria, Contractors and Consultants
may be invited to Tender for contracts whilst on the Select List. The scope

and value of works may be varied in line with  business objectives. Future
contracts may be awarded taking the following criteria into account:
Experience and approach to Partnering. Quality. Cost.
Your expression of interest must include the following, with examples where
appropriate:
* Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
* Experience of working for clients in the Social Housing Sector.
* Experience of Partnering arrangements and Partnering the supply chain.
* A minimum of three referees from clients where project completion
has been within the last twelve months.
* Brief details of the experience of the personnel who would be
managing the projects on a day to day basis.
Contractors and Consultants registered with Constructionline, having a
valid registration number, will receive reduced application documentation.
