GENERAL BUILDING WORKS

Wansbeck District Council Contract Services Department are seeking
expressions of interest from suitably experienced, qualified sub
contractors to be included on a select list of tenderers to complete
general building maintenance works. The work will comprise of repair,
maintenance and refurbishment work to the Authority's properties.
Trades to be included are:-
*Bricklaying - Garden Walls; Concrete Paths/Drives/Floors
*Joinery - UPVC Installations; Replacement Kitchens
*Roofing - General Repairs
*Plastering - General Repairs
*Electrical - Domestic Rewires
*Gas Servicing - Servicing of domestic appliances

*Ironworks - Manufacture/Installation of Handrails/Fences/Gates
