General building works completions - Manchester City Council

CONTRACTING SERVICES
Applications are invited from suitably qualified sub-contractors to
complete general building works based on a schedule of rates basis in void
properties. (Manchester area).
Contractors should employ 10 or more tradesmen in the appropriate category
of work.
Please note that this does not include heating or electrical works that may
be required in each premise.
The jobs will be allocated within 15 miles of the City Centre. Applications
